My theoretical research currently draws on a psychological, philosophical, and an essayistic framework to be able to move associatively through the language of the body and world.
This examins how the culture of performance influences embodiment and female artistic practice. The theoretical framework incorporates perspectives from Iris Marion Young, Jacques de Visscher, Kathy Acker, Daniel Shorkend, and Linda Nochlin. These perspectives and others examine the embodied impact of a performance-oriented society, drawing on sports psychology and institutional theories, as well as personal experiences in the worlds of sports and art.

Noor is in the proces of developing a new sport. Her work utilizes a repeated cycle of image, sound and core analyses to create a new bodily language. By reclaiming space, sound and visual symbology, she collaborates with other creators in graphic design, music production, performance and spatial design to further develop her artistic practice. She explores the language of gymnastics through multiple lenses, reinterpreting its movements, symbols, and techniques through a visual vocabulary that evolves into new forms of creation.
